the third book as riveting as one and two have me compelled to keep the pages turning well into the early hours as I can't get enough. It continues to follow Triss as her and Logan's love deepens daily and they continue to harness the power between them. Not everything is great though. Triss discovers come unsettling information about her family's past and is determined to right the wrongs her forebears committed. Along the way, her and Logan manage to discover who has been infiltrating the covens and what their motive is. The reality is far more evil than they had ever imagined. Triss also discovers her role and true destiny within the covens and begins to embrace her abilities. With the truth discovered, it's now up to Triss to stop learning faeries are real and fighting to save sould and stopping her father has lead her to the family tree yet again as the evil that still after her at every turn is grampa Eben and aunt Lara and the twist just keep me glued to the pages a must readand I am thrilled as the story goes on the love between Triss and Logan build to a height beyond any other love it makes the better and with there bond it only heighten there every thought feeling and power together love may conquer all .I am off for book four and it is still a fantastic thrilling story each page is pushing to the next .

This was the third book in the Witch Avenue series and the first book to have a decent ending. The first two books felt as though you merely finished reading a chapter. With that having been said, if you read all three books, it is a good story. Additionally, there are several grammatical errors that I am surprised made it through editing and publishing.
If you like reading about witches than you have to continue reading this series. And if you haven't read book one, back-up and start on it first!! This is a young adults series but it's so good!! You won't be sorry. And if you haven't read Karice's Watchers Trilogy yet, you have to make that a must do!!
She has found out so much more about her abilities, and those is the one that can keep their world from becoming what her grandfather wants. She has found out she is a very rare witch, one that has a very short life span. She has defeated her grandfather, with her father's help, but she still has problems to face. She and Logan still have a long way to go to get their normal lives back.
There aren't too many series that I read that grabs you, holds your attention and when you're done it leaves you wanting more. The Witch Avenue Series is all that and more. Its so much fun to read. You can tell the author likes what she does and it shows. If you have have a chance to read her Watchers Trilogy, please do. Its great series, different from what I've always read. I look forward to reading the next series in the Witch Avenue Series. You will enjoy both series. Give them a try!
I really enjoy the books I'm reading by Karice Bolton. This series has really sucked me in. Even though book one was not my favorite, I knew I had to continue the series because the story itself was simply intriguing - and I'm so glad that I did.

I've got one gripe for you Karice. Either make your books longer or write faster! )

If you enjoy paranormal books that contain witches, warlocks, magic and fairies with a pretty great love story thrown in the mix, do yourself a favor and pick up this series. Bolton gives you quality writing with superb story-telling ability.

In this particular installment, our characters have matured and their relationship is stronger than ever - or is it? There are a few unexpected twists and turns that I truly appreciated. I would talk more about them but I don't like to put in spoilers. JUST READ IT!
You are a witch. Your father's side has been into dark magic for as long as anyone can document. Your grandfather is Eben, a great architect of evil. The grand plans of your dark ancestors are close to being put into place. Evil is coming on a scale that just cannot be allowed.

If you enjoyed these books before, this is all you enjoyed and more. Don't miss this final chapter!
Umm...What? That's the end of the book???? <<Yeah, that was me about 1 minute ago. I love me some Triss and Logan and book three did not disappoint. Once again picking up where the last one left off, Triss and Logan must go into hiding from Eban and crew. Powers make themselves known, amends get made, and of course there has to be a showdown! ) Ever since Altered Souls, when the fairies were introduced, I knew they would have to play an important part of the story and wanted more interaction with them. Released Souls has that. I need me a Dace and Bakula!! I do with there would of been more about the released souls other than some mentions in conversation. And there was a real Awwww moment towards the end, but I won't spoil that for you. I can't wait for book four!!!!!
